What I Do: Individual Coaching

Process

Initial session (1-2 hours) - During this session, we get to know one another and complete an in-depth evaluation of the roles in your life. This helps you clarify your goals, and begin to identify the areas where you need to make changes.

On-going coaching sessions (usually 1 hour) - Conducted in person or by phone, these sessions help you develop and follow a road map toward your life goals, and create a tool kit to aid you in staying on track. Some people find it helpful to have more frequent and shorter sessions, others prefer less frequent but longer sessions. Either way, you'll have specific assignments to complete between sessions. Our meetings will keep you accountable to the goals you identify at the beginning of our work together.
